I stood on a stool to reach some of the books and was at least 5'10"!

When marking my grandchildren’s heights on the kitchen door I told them that old people shrink. They were intrigued and kept wanting to measure Granny’s height. I think they imagined that I would soon be the size of a toddler!p

I've lost 1.75 inches over the years. I'd better get "The Complete Works of Shakespeare" out of the bookcase.

My DIL recently took my GS's temperature and he asked DIL why he still felt so hot when she was supposed to have taken his temperature.
