Calling parents by their Christian names

It's harmless, but not for us. Our adult children refer to us as Mum and Dad .
VANECAM indeed ! The term should be ' first names'

My friend's cousin called his parents by first names - in the '50s! I did find it strange then.

No, a bit weird.
But son in laws and daughter in laws do.

Maybe I’m a bit out of touch but I think it’s a bit weird to hear adult children calling their parents by their christian names. Anyone else think it’s strange or am I the only one?
