Very scary times at present. I know several people who are starting to stockpile dry/tinned food and water etc. I thought they were daft at first but then perhaps not so. Of course if it was a nuclear attack we'd be dead but if it was a missile attack not everyone in the vicinity would die. Some houses would be bombed some not. So if we were some of the lucky ones your food store could be a godsend as I could just imagine the panic buying, rationing etc. Just interested in people's points of view.

There’s already a thread on this Tiley if you scroll down the active list - some 14 comments, I think.

How many more of these doom laden threads? There are several on the go already.

Yes it's damn depressing, but what can any of us do about it.

I think everyone has enough of an imagination to know what an awful scenario it would be if there were a nuclear attack. You can stock pile all the tinned food you can get your hands on, that will run out eventually and what sort of world would be left, one that wouldn't be worth living in. Survivors would be subject to a painful death. Best to go quickly in the initial blast

The fools that build their nuclear bunkers are welcome to what's left, they'd have to share it with other like minded idiots and no doubt anarchy would prevail. in a god awful Doomsday hinterland where nothing would grow.
