London seems to be a right cesspit.

I am London born and bred, I despair.

The tube trains are filthy as are the stations, I am always aware of not having my phone in my hand near roads (kids on e-scooters/bikes on the rob). I would never get on the tube on my own (haven’t been on a London bus for over 50 years)

My handbag is worn beneath my coat when wearing one.

The only saving grace are the black cabbies, jolly, helpful and polite as always (would never use an Uber or mini cab in town)

On Saturday it was full of tourists, which is good for the economy, I guess they are still eager to spend their £££’s over here.

This country is really changing and not for the better. I do feel for our grandchildren.
