It’s not possible to eliminate Adult rated material from the web, it probably is possible to make all users prove their age every time they access a website.

It’s no more complex than the security to access financial sites or even restricted media access.

Men with brains yes! Yet with so many men hooked on freely available pornography it's no wonder women are regarded as sex objects & consequently derided by a lot of men. Not all of course but the actions of this porn star are going to be terribly detrimental to the fight of women for respect & equality.
