Dieting over Christmas season

What do the fat jab brigade have for Christmas dinner?

Well Libbygran, with the fat jab I think the fat-jabbers can eat what ever they blooming well like & not put on weight.
I'm not entirely sure!
Some people have a terribly warped relationship with food. My Mother binged-ate! It was an awful example to set in front of us; her 3 teenage daughters & my sensitive brother!.
Everything in moderation is the key but on high days & holidays fill yer boots, I think. 😉

I have diabetes 2 and my doctor says not to ruin Christmas by dieting as a little bit of what you fancy does you good. I think the key is 'a little bit' however that all depends on whether you think one mince pie or one packet of mince pies is a little bit . Does it matter how much you eat as long as you get back on the wagon after a few days?

I suppose just enjoy food but try not to be a piglet.
There’s always tomorrow for more food.
