I was unaware of this trend -
Cloud/Dark/Ghost Kitchens until I saw a TV news item.
They are a collection of kitchen areas ideal for entrepreneurs to prepare takeaway food without the overheads of a restaurant.
Each day can see a different selection of Cuisines to be purchased, and collected from vending machines.
They are not exactly new - but do any of you have opinions on this trend?
