I am on a Samsung, maybe it is just mobile devices.

It depends on your device, all ops posts are in green on my device. I vaguely remember they were looking into why it was device dependent.

All OP posts are green on my Apple devices. I don’t know about my computer because I don’t access GN on it.

I don't understand you needing an edit button Babs If you preview your post, you can read through it to edit if you need to

Another app would like is the ‘see all’ one which collects all the OPs posts.

Maybe they think we can’t cope but they still manage to sell advertising space,

As Charleygirl says we ve been asked many times we ve agreed with many different things like an edit button etc etc but we are always denied them

Please God give us an edit button.

Each year, we are asked what we would like, and we tell them. Zilch happens.

Because they don’t think we are worth the bother! I also like the app that has the Original Poster in a different colour, easier for me to spot but that has been requested some time ago and fell on deaf ears.

Not sure I understand. Why would agreement need to be discreet?

So it doesn't become a popularity contest.

Mumsnet has lots of features which are not on Gransnet. I wonder why?

Yes, I’d agree with that!

I think this react button is a lovely idea on Mumsnet.
It discreetly tells a poster that someone agrees, with their post, importantly it is not publicly shown.
Of course it shouldn’t stop comments with the rest of the poster on the particular discussion.

Sorry if this is bringing up an old chat.
