When my Facebook account was disabled, I felt lost and overwhelmed. Thankfully, my mother recommended Anthony, who works at Meta.
With his expertise and guidance, I was able to resolve the issue quickly and get my account back on track. His support was invaluable, and I can't thank him enough for his help during such a stressful time reach him on telegram anthonydavies01

Have you thought about improving your diet and vitamin intake? Eating pumpkin seeds and slices has helped my sleep pattern recently. Waking at 6.30 instead of 3.30 is a bonus.

I am awake every morning at 5am to start taking my tablets. Have done the last 5 .5 years . But since moving here slept well every night .

Before my move I didn't sleep much due to having to be on call 24/7 looking after family members.

Even though I slept at night even with loo trips I still can nod off during the day . It depends on my pain and heart . Also fatigue due to my neurological condition just knocks me out .

I just haven't slept and so tired. I know I need to move house but this its what happens when I make a decision to. It seems to have been the one reliable thing in my life when everything went wrong. Beryl I used to love my cat lying on the bed, very still and gently purring when I moved position,
Sorry you are in such pain SallyWally.

Not sure what time it is in the UK but it is nearly 5 pm here, very hot day, sitting under the aircon.

Whingey

Sorry. I'm waking up a few times a night. Made tea and wondering whether to get back in bed. Worried as contactless payment has resulted in £150 extra being taken and as my card statement never arrived suspect my details have been hacked

Sorry to hear you have been hacked. I have too. in my case they went on my instagram account I did not know I had and posted something which broke the guidelines. They have now suspended me from the lot since Meta took over they are all linked. They asked me to log on to my Instagram account to verify but I can't as I have no log in as I have never used it. They have given me a new account and new password, but that does not connect to the old account and AI does not recognise my FB details which have obviously been changed.. Argh. So yes I am awake too during the night and early mornings as I have 10 years of postings on my FB for our charity, it is heartbreaking. So far we have spent 3 days on it trying to recover my original FB account.

The problem with getting out I’d bed early mornings due to sleeplessness, is the fact that it’s blooming cold.
I’d rather stay in bed where it’s warm and listen to the radio.
Will probably get up and make cup of tea when I’m bored and in need of a drink.

I was but never checked emails. No reason, just woke early!

To the annoyance of my other half I get up at 5 most mornings. I suffer from diverticulosis and when it tells me its time to get up , I have no choice but to do so. I can always find something to deal with on the desk top.

Good morning, sorry you are suffering, Sallywally.
I was up at 4am. Not in any discomfort, I just wake early and it's best to get up and do something.

Yet again I have woken with severe shoulder pain due to arthritis am awaiting shoulder replacement. Ongoing day to day pain is so disabling. This morning I can barely move my arm. I know rehabilitation will take a long time, but I am dreading it!
