Dimplex electric fire

Has anyone got contact details for the above that is not a premium phone number.
I bought mine either late 21 or early 22. Obviously only used during colder weather and just for the flickering coal effect as I have central heating. It has just stopped working and I can't find a number for their customer service that isn't a costly one. Would appreciate if anyone has a number.

I have one of these and it's easy to get replacement parts. Both the bulbs and the elements can be replaced.
