Daddima where can I find liquid Savlon please?
I've looked everywhere for this!

‘Khadine’ by Yardley was the soap, talc and perfume I took with me into hospital when I had my children, 50 and 48 years ago.

Still have a tin of the talc in the garage! When I sniff it, am transported back to those ‘halcyon’ days.

Where have the years gone?

sad

Elizabeth Arden's Blue Grasse was my mother's scent, I never liked it, but it does bring back memories!

They say our sense of smell can evoke many memories, and White Musk can always remind me of my mother, and 4711 was my granny’s smell, as she always used one of those wee solid sticks you rubbed over your forehead!
Before I had baby number one, nearly 50 years ago, a friend gave me sachets of Savlon antiseptic to put in my bath after baby was born to help the stitches. If I smell it nowadays I am instantly transported to hospital, and, in fact, can almost feel the pain of the stitches!
Where do your smells take you?
