Good Morning Friday 28th February 2025

Good morning, it’s a very frosty start to Friday here in south Glos, hopefully a lovely sunny day ahead.
Mick you really need to see your GP about your bowel problems, it’s been going on for months now. Ignoring it won’t help.

Yesterday I did a 4.5 mile walk with the dog, it was lovely sunshine and so uplifting to be outside. She really hates the car, has always been reluctant but yesterday she wouldn’t go anywhere near it. I have tried everything recommended by experts including the vet, no luck.
Never mind, we’ll carry on doing local walks, there are a number of different ones.
Today I’m going with a friend to a new little group of people who enjoy painting, looking forward to it.

My sister, bro in law and I had lunch today, at a lovely restaurant, where we sat outside and looked at the sea. There was the slightest breeze.

My sister in law popped in briefly. She is taking me to an exhibition on Monday (I’m going to another one tomorrow with my sister) and on Tuesday she and my very pregnant niece are taking me to see the new Bridget Jones film.

I’ve not been away a week yet it seems like ages. I will be going back to UK next Friday. I bet it won’t be 33 degrees in London!
