Downdetector has comments from people with problems paying

I live in Oxfordshire and am expecting a delivery tomorrow. Feeling anxious now!

We had a delivery earlier this week with the usual shopping, same card.

I had a delivery last Sunday, pay and x2 refunds through by the Monday. I'm in Hampshire.

We had no problems except a few months ago when my bank card was out of date.
They still delivered and then emailed asking me to call them about it or update the card online.

I had problems, but eventually, my money was accepted. I dare not add or subtract to the order, or I will receive zilch next Tuesday.

Not here.
Ordered a couple of days ago, amended the order yesterday, delivered this morning without any issues.

I ordered on Tuesday and couldn't checkout. It kept telling me to book a slot when I had already booked one. I gave up after going round and round the system, logged off then found an email confirming my order even though I hadn't been able to enter my card details with security code. Weird. Everything was delivered as normal.

@chicken - yes, weird - if this works for us we will have an identical delivery 5 times ha ha

Had my Waitrose delivery earlier today; 1 item unavailable so refunded. Everything else ok and delivery on time. We live in Suffolk in case it’s a regional issue.
