Plants in the post are not a good thing. What you receive rarely matches the pretty pictures.

The plants are lovely, I've haven't got any complaints there .
It's just so disappointing when you don't receive what you ordered . I'm hoping it's 3rd time lucky .

I expect you will eventually get the Geranium, it's not worth returning the other plant, sure they will let you keep it.

I would tell them you are asking for a third time for a geranium and keep the extra hydrangea as compensation for all the problems you've encountered.

Some years back I ordered a beautiful blue rose I didn’t expect it to flower the first year but when it did the second year it was a plain and simple rambling rose the sort you d find in a countryside hedge I couldn’t even remember where I d bought it from by then !!! I ve still got it it’s still unmemorable

Could you ask them to send you the correct item first this time?
How annoying.

It can happen in "real life" too though.
Our expensive magnolia bought just after flowering last year is clearly not the one on the swing-tag from our local nursery.
It's planted up now of course! Grrr.

I've never been lucky but this has got my back up .
I recently ordered 2 Potted plants , one. Hydrangea and one
Geranium. I received 2 Hydrangea's. I've had to go through the palaver of returning one Hydrangea and asked for a Geranium instead. I received the new plant today, another Hydrangea!!! Now got to go through the whole process of returning and asking for the right item again .
It's so frustrating, it takes so long returning and receiving items . What's happened to customer service ? Arrrrh .
