I have had two identical messages from Marcv sent two minutes apart. I have just ignored them. Is this the same person as Marcus? Do I really need to do anything more?

Just that really. Nothing nasty etc.
Call me cynical but I suspect it's one of those scam mailings trying to get vulnerable old biddy (me 🙄) to part with hard earned cash.
