Thank you Baggs

Sending love and (((hugs))) to the soops

Thank you for the update Baggs.

Grannyme6 Fri 18-Jul-25 16:31:05

Thank you for this update Baggs, and I hope our Soop is as comfortable as possible after a gruelling journey.
Sad news of numberplease and thinking of all with worries.

Baggs Fri 18-Jul-25 16:22:45

I'm just back from meeting the soops on their way back from hospital in Paisley. It is a three+ hour journey for them each way. Ye gods! soop sends love and apologies as always but the maximised buggerations of her life prevent her from joining you all in the kitchen except in the spirit. Suffice it to say that her daily buggerations leave her utterly frustrated and more helpless than she would wish. MrSoop is full of patience and love.

soop wanted me to tell those of you who knew numberplease (lately hellogirl1) that news came from numberplease's daughter that her mum died last week. The ashes of the husband of numberplease were sprinkled quite near to where the soops live some years ago and her own ashes will also be sprinkled there in due course.

Sending my best wishes to FGT and Himself. Hospital visiting is so exhausting on top of all your worries. Take care of yourself.

Good to hear from you kitty I wondered where you had been. Hope your problems can be solved. We have also been through the mill recently.

Thinking of the Fgts’s and the Soop’s

kittylester Fri 18-Jul-25 07:25:34

I'll join in the group hug, fgt2. They are available when ever required. I hope things calm down soon for you and that himself is more comfortable. And thank you for plumping my cushions.

Redcar Fri 18-Jul-25 07:20:05

I’m a bit late for the group hug, but thinking of the fgts and hoping the new stent will help the situation.
cornergran safe travels for your family. I hope you managed to get some sleep. It was very humid last night so uncomfortable for sleeping.

cornergran Thu 17-Jul-25 23:43:29

To say I’m sorry for what you’re both going through is woefully inadequate fgt. It’s all I can think of along with a sincere hope that now the faulty stent is replaced your husband will be able to progress. Love and a hug to you both.

Please think of yourself utb, sometimes we just need to.

Family aggro is exhausting kitty. Please look after yourself.

Eye-wise it’s a course of three injections, each four weeks apart. Thankfully no drops afterwards. They eye is much more comfortable now. It’s a bit light sensitive and itchy, nothing awful.

That’s a beautiful print ladylfl and beautiful clematis blooms brook. Clematis do have a mind of their own. We lost a usually indestructible montana to clematis wilt, no sense to it.

Pleased your car’s back jax, good to have it pristine again.

I really should try and sleep. I’m edgy tonight as our elder son and our younger granddaughter are flying to Australia tomorrow to meet up with our elder granddaughter. I’ll fidget until I know there has been safe landings all round as our other son and his family are flying home tomorrow from their holiday.

Volunteering for me in the morning. I’d best stay awake while I’m there so sleep it must be. Goodnight everyone.

Usedtobeblonde Thu 17-Jul-25 23:39:55

FGT I know of which you speak flowers

Nannytopsy Thu 17-Jul-25 23:31:01

I think you need a group hug FGT. It’s on its way - here we go …
