Three least favourite European cities

I go to Berlin a lot and never really know which part I am in as it all looks ‘Berlin’ . Maybe the outer suburbs are different but I havnt noticed, ’

Apparently Edinburgh is more expensive than London.
As for places apart from the+beautiful main square definitely Brussels

Of the places I’ve visited in the UK with apologies to anybody who lives in any of them:
Coventry
Bedford
Wrexham

In Europe, because although there were nice areas they made me feel uneasy
Marseille
Naples
East Berlin - still feels very different to the west.

Mansfield
Edinburgh

Can’t think at the moment of any city on mainland Europe that I’ve disliked.

I agree GG - Marbella and very specifically Puerto Banus which from what I read seems to attract gangsters these days, I find those areas of Spain very unappealing. I did go to Benidorm when I was a teenager with, no taste I think, or at least I hope, I have acquired some since. Seville, Cordoba, Granada and San Sebastian all wonderful.

Oban - I don't think it's a city, went there at the height of summer, tantamount to a nuclear winter, perpetual driving rain, freezing cold, didn't bring our winter clothes, just grey and miserable.

Whilst I love France, every time I've been to Paris, I've found it extremely underwhelming. I prefer France's smaller more provincial cities, Blois, Aix en Provence, Avignon all spring to mind.

London - as someone else said, overpriced!
