I don’t know how the system works but I reported some spam posts earlier this week on both Mumsnet and Gransnet. The Mumsnet ones were immediately disappeared but the Gransnet ones were not.

In both cases I was sent an email to confirm they were looking into it!

I don't think GN has any of its own staff or moderators now, as it used to years ago.
Probably someone pops over from Mumsnet occasionally.

However, I do realise how difficult it is to block determined spammers.

This forum does seem to be attracting masses of these things.

I am just amazed that these spammers think that grandparents are interested in their drugs 🤷‍♀️
