Stemetil never really helped me either Heaven. I have. Found over the many years I have had Menieres that it goes , but in its own time.

Thanks everyone it’s very unpleasant stemetil not really working for the nausea. It seems far longer than six weeks when trying to cope with it, just hope it gets sorted soo.

I had to look this up.

It's when the Tympanic Membrane
collapses inwards towards the middle ear.
I hope something can be done for you to relieve the unpleasant symptoms.

This sounded like a new gadget to me 🤣Symptoms sound a little like Meniers disease without the vertigo and nausea . I do sympathise and hope you get it sorted.

Sorry never heard of that.
I assumed it was some kind of anti pickpocket device.
Hope you get it sorted.

I know it's something to do with the top of the eardrum retracting away from the wall of the canal / middle ear but I don't know how they treat it /if there's something like middle ear infection which is causing it. I hope there's something they can do as those symptoms (especially vertigo) are very unpleasant.
