Good morning early birds and what a cute little nest Mizuna 🤗. Still feels muggy but our bedroom is east facing so has cooled by the time for bed!

A lovely day watching tennis yesterday and I’ve dropped my handkerchief at Alcaraz feet, hussy that I am…🤭 gosh what a charming handsome young man he is!

Now I’ve admitted my guilty secret I’m off with the chamberpot to sit under the trees and cool my mind down and will catch up with everyone later 👋

Good morning from a very hot and sticky Black Country. Hence I am up so early which is very unusual for me.

Went to Line Dancing yesterday afternoon, they had fans on but it was still too warm, but managed an hour. A lot less people there than usual.

Driving over to Mums today, then we are meeting my Aunt and Cousin (Mums sister and Niece) for lunch. Then I will take Mum food shopping and top up her Dosset box.

Wishing you all the best day possible.

Good morning from Lithuania. The sun is shining butbth3 temperature is perfect!

We had an easy transfer from A to B involving 2 buses and a coach journey.

The apartment is just right, in the centre of Kaunas. We were able to walk all over the old town, including seeing the confluence of the two rivers, although, due to the strong wind (again), it was difficult to see which way the water was flowing.

Everything seems very new, prosperous, and happy. No beggars, no apparently homeless people, I’ve only seen two obese people.

Museums today - fabric, craft, history, art…. We leave tomorrow.

Have a good day. Carpe diem 🦩🦩🦩

Good morning Mick and everyone from a dull start to the day in Cheshire. It's been a very hot night and I've had the fan going and been out for a while in the cool air. The blackbird was up early too.
My cousin sent me a gift of a bird feeder with a camera, which will be today's challenge setting it up. The squirrels who raid my rose buds will be curious about a new source of food. It comes with instructions of how to deter inquisitive squirrels and involves advice on how far they cannot jump.

That task and Wimbledon will fill the day nicely.

Wishing all a good day, with special thoughts for those with sadness or worries. flowers

Good morning from a very still, balmy Cornwall. Yesterday's weather forecast was completely wrong and I spent until 7pm on my allotment, with cloud and cooling wind making ideal conditions for digging new beds. Such a joy.

Today I need to unstiffen my overworked body 😂 and just potter on my patio until I go for an optician's appointment this afternoon.

The pics are a robin's nest that has fallen out of a tree and the reason why the robin goes into my greenhouse - to shred fleece for his nest!
