We had a celebrant to conduct DH’s funeral and she could not have been better; warm, empathetic and people said how connected they felt. I’ve been to so many funerals where the nominated minister was really just going through the motions. DS wrote and read a eulogy that was both touching and funny, and DD read a poem. We had his favourite Welsh hymn (which DH’s family much appreciated and all joined in) as well as some secular music, and The Lord’s Prayer.
Has anyone else noticed their energy levels change as they've got older?
