Wetherspoons will be packed tonight(Thursday 17th July)

Just a reminder for those who don't football,

England v Sweden kicking off at 8pm,on BBC1
Could go on much later if scores are level after 90 minutes with extra time and a penalty shoot out possible.
BBC1 Wales will also be showing the match.

I can guarantee that the Wetherspoons in Wales won’t be packed for an England match, so feel free to hop over the border if you’re desperate for your dinner and don’t want to wait - it could be quicker service here!

Not many people I know follow Women’s football, those that do have work tomorrow, so will watch it at home.

In my experience Wetherspoons show footie it's always with the sound off and not all spoons show footie. I make a point of visiting Wetherspoons whenever I'm away as they have some really lovely buildings which are sympathetically restored. I don't have any shares lol

I find it interesting that it's often the men who follow women's football most closely. Maybe they're looking for tips, or feel threatened by how big it is becoming!
Here in France we've got to wait until Saturday against Germany. Be afraid!
