We were blessed with an unplanned 3rd child , a daughter.
Haveing had two sons was a wonderful surprise ,we had not thought of a girls name.
Then hospital radio played Clair by Gilbert O Sullivan and thats the name we chose

''Two little boys'' by Rolf Harris when my first child was born in November 1969.I used to sing into him.Pity it was that singer Bute were ignorant about him them.
When I was pregnant with him it was song sung by Peter with a surname I cannot remember. It was about a girl called Marie Claire and I was going to give my baby, if a girl, that name. No gender scans in those days!
