I just listened to a podcast interview with Paul Farmer, the CEO of Age UK.
He talks quite honestly about the challenges of running big charities, what it’s like trying to make change happen for older people, and some of the ups and downs of leadership. I found it quite reassuring to hear someone so focused on supporting ageing.
