Cotton pillow Covers a Cause of acne ?

Dirty bedding is likely to increase any risk whether cotton or any other.
I thought acne was caused by excessive grease and hormone secretion, my sympathy goes to anyone afflicted.

No idea, but anecdotally I've always used pure cotton bed linen and haven't had acne since I was a teenager. I would imagine that not washing pillow covers frequently enough might cause a build-up of bacteria, which might cause skin infections.

Can't say but silk is supposed to prevent wrinkles. I can't vouch for it though, as my face is beyond saving.

micro 'fabric' is horrible it is plastics

cotton has never caused a problem/soaps,softers and bleach
can i have to double rinse my laundry
