Good morning from a cloudy Crewe with rain possible.

My visit was rounded off with a family BBQ last night. It has been good to spend time with the family. Early start this morning and I'm hoping the Cross Country train I favour from Stafford to Torquay is running, following strikes yesterday.

Hope this is a good week for most but thinking of those facing difficulties. 🦩🥰🦩💐🦩

Good morning Mick and all from a very unexpectedly wet north Wales which will do the lawn a world of good - my Head Gardener will have something to smile about 😉 instead of chuntering away about things going to pot in his absence!

Horrible to read FGTs post, I had fond hopes of another trip to their 🇪🇸 Happy Place which we all loved hearing about 💐. In previous years I used to wonder if we’d passed each other along the Paseo when we were on holiday too…🤷‍♀️

Another blow for you Susan at a time when you least need it - hope you and mum have a better time of things soon x

How lovely to see Evita in London, NannyJan, I’d have chosen that treat too. For me a dental check up this morning is upsetting my equilibrium but I have G&T with a friend to look forward to this evening so will man up with my big girls drawers on…bet that’s put an odd picture in your heads 🤣

Adored the quilt grandMattie, I could’ve chosen those colours - just wish I had your talent and patience!
