Have read on the BBC News site that Christian Horner has just left Red Bull with a 52 million pound pay off. Shocking.

F1 = money

I think Red Bull got off quite lightly there. It's not a huge sum of money in those circles, and he was contracted until 2030.

How on earth is he supposed to manage????🙄
🤣🤣🤣

kittylester Mon 22-Sept-25 13:33:50

I read £80m.

Well, he'll be needing it to pay the divorce settlement if Geri gets tired of his rumoured philandering.

Is it taxable?
I hope so! That'll help fill that black hole 😀

He managed the Red Bull Formula One racing team.

I doubt if he drank the stuff - yuck!

Maybe he will now do good through reliable charities......I bet that brings more happiness than having a big yacht !

SillyNanny321 Tue 23-Sept-25 15:31:46

He could send some my way if he cannot manage that much!

Blossom21 Tue 23-Sept-25 15:43:44

It’s a hard lifecafe

More fool people for buying that rubbish...he never made a penny out of me.

It's not Red Bull the drink it's the Formula one team. I don't think they're for sale!?

Not really sure why everyone’s clutching their pearls in horror?
I have no idea what his actual salary was but it’s a common contractual inclusion that there will be a settlement if a person departs the job before the end of the contract period. And that is always commensurate with their salary. He was never going to walk away with £3.50.

It was 80 million
