Does anyone else have Inpost problems?

I am defeated by the Inpost lockers - am I the only one? I have only ever used them to try and send, and I have managed to get it to work just once out of four occasions. I scan the QR code on my phone, it bleeps then nothing. I enter the code - doesn't recognise it. It is so frustrating. So I drive to the post office and it takes approximately 20 seconds for them to scan the code and give me the receipt. I don't know why I don't do that in the first place - next time I will!

I have noticed I post seem to have taken over Yodel who are now worse than Evri.

I’ve used it once recently and thought it was excellent. I’ve downloaded the app so once I was standing next to the lockers I just tapped ‘open locker’ and it did! Much quicker than scanning & entering codes.
