In an effort to encourage myself to be more positive, I've made a list of some things I HAVE done:
I've ridden bikes & climbed ladders, eaten oysters, mussels, lobster, crabs & calamari. I've visited 6 continents & driven round Australia. I did a second parachute jump on my 80th birthday, & got lifesaving medals in swimming. I got 2 degrees & taught English as a second language in university & technical college. I've borne & reared 2 sons & a daughter. Gave up smoking 45 years ago.
Best of all - I'm a great-grandma!
