My tenants have given notice and I can finally have my own house back!

Now I hope they haven’t done too much damage…………

My wish? That the financial ombudsman finally finds in my favour and that my bank refunds me the very very large sum that they failed to stop scammers getting me to give them.

To stop panicking and catastrophising. To be more positive - well positive at all because I am not at all positive.

I would dearly like to regain a little more mobility BUT this is somewhat insignificant by comparison to others wishes so I’m thankful for waking up each morning. Happy October GNetters! 🎃🍂

I really need to get on and sort out a new kitchen. Ours was installed in the late 80s and although getting decidedly shabby, was still working fine until recently, when the microwave part of our combi microwave packed up.

So I’ve got a very cheap replacement microwave from Argos, but the whole thing needs replacing and I’m dreading all the faff and hassle! Not exactly relishing the expense, either…

Like what? I'm contemplating belly dancing tonight. Not in my own home I hasten to add.

I shy away from invites to things all the time Stripeygran, lots of hobbies/interests etc but enjoy them alone!
I don't feel any anxiety about going to an event or concert on my own but duck out of groups and clubs , even a coffee date renders me sleepless the night before!
I really like people so my hope is to crack this!

My particular personal hope is that my house move will happen in the next few weeks.

After such a lovely September I hope the weather holds out just a little bit longer...

I shall be seeing GC too in a few weeks- so that's something to look forward to!

As well as hoping everyone on GN a good month, I hope to get through the month without anything too bad happening.

I wish anyone born in October a happy birthday.

I also want to be stronger and have the energy to walk further after recent medical issues.
