very bright moon due Monday into Tuesday

I was driving home from DD’s after dark last night, and was astonished at how bright the moon was. Ditto tonight, as we came home from the theatre.

It's wonderful here too. It's been a really beautiful day, blue sky and very warm. Its unusual weather for October but I'm not complaining and the garden is still full of colour.

No clouds here tonight so the moon looks fabulous. Wouldn’t have noticed if you hadn’t posted this thread.

It's the first Supermoon of the year.

I thought it was morning and got up to go to the loo the night before last, but it was the moon, looking enormous, very bright and low in the sky.

It was bright again last night too.

The moon has disturbed my sleep a couple of times this week as it shines straight on my bed it’s been very bright but I like my blinds open.
