I tried re-registering kittylester but they had "No record of a Nectar Card in this name."

When my nectar card became 'separated' from my Sainsbury's account I was able to reconnect them myself.

I have been unable to use the online Sainsbury's site for years because they won't accept landlines as security numbers, only mobiles. I had a curt, unapologetic letter to this effect when I inquired if this were true.

They had previously disconnected my Nectar Card from my online grocery account for no apparent reason and were seemingly unable to explain why or to reconnect it.

Maybe the store reads Gransnet I got it to accept my payment 😊

I'm trying to place my order for Sainsbury groceries and won't let me pay for order. Tried different cards so not that. Anyone else having problems
