Is there trouble with broadband? Yes, its not free. As more and more services have to be accessed online it should be a free public service.

Well my husband has been on to a very helpful young man in Wales, who talked him through various procedures as well as some interspersed conversation about the clocks going back and the weather. That went on for so long, in the meantime I'd made parsnip and carrot soup during the duration of that conversation. Still not connected an engineer is coming tomorrow. So fingers crossed for that, I've missed it. Never mind, reading more.

Well each provider will occasionally drop out some more often than others so you need to check and report to your specific provider. The whole country doesn’t go off all at once thankfully.

We've been without the internet since Friday when Open Reach came and did the installation for BT, so haven't been able to catch up with some of the series I have been following.

I lost mine twice last week but EE soon sorted it for me after I d tried the usually off /on methods and then there was that big outage last Monday wasn t there My phone and iPad went off i had to reboot

You can check with your internet provider if there is a problem in your area. Obviously you will need a phone with 4g to check it if you have no home Internet.
Ours can be temperamental sometimes sometimes I can fix it by rebooting the system and it will reconnect.
