I don’t agree that she looks awful though, she is thin and has been since her previous brain surgery hopefully she will recover again she has been through a tough few years

Good for her telling everyone about her breast cancer and not to postpone tests like mammograms. She lost a lot of weight a while ago. I believe she follows a strict fitness regime. Her gaunt appearance is very likely due to her health concerns over the past year but I hope she can put a little weight back on as she looks skeletal and I can't see that's very healthy.

She said on TV this morning that she was fine having had a lumpectomy. No further treatment required.

Please don't write the poor woman off.

She has had a horrible year health wise, let’s hope 2026 is much better for her, and for everybody else who is having a difficult time.

I'm sure she'll start to put a little weight back on once she's on the road to recovery.
The shock, the tests, the operation is enough to make anyone lose their appetite.

She will likely be...its caught early...she would have had no symptoms bar her lump...guessing anxiety has prompted weight loss...not any cancer....she is nowNAD... like PP said don't write her off...she is recovering from the surgery..

I think it’s harsh talking about her ‘terrible’ appearance and that she looks ‘dreadful’
She looks like she’s had a bad time but that doesn’t warrant words to make her or anyone else suffering a major illness , feel worse, surely we should be trying to find better more constructive things to say about her and her fight
She’s a strong woman so let’s just wish her the very best of luck on her road to recovery

I don't think she looks terrible. She's always been thin. She works at it. She gave people the news with o make up or hair done. Obviously they are the least of her worries.

I hope Davina makes a full recovery, she's had it hard since her brain op , hopfully the breast cancer has been found early. I wish all the very best for her,,,

I think that's quite usual for her kind of cancer. What people generally don't know is how many sorts of breast cancer there are. The one I had was lobular - something I'd never even heard of! (All OK now: mastectomy, reconstruction and oestrogen inhibiting meds for 5 years. No chemo as lobular isn't very responsive to it)

Wishing Davina a swift and complete recovery, as well as all others (including me!) suffering this awful disease.
As to her appearance, I think she looks like what she is - a lady who, at the moment, is ill. You wait until she’s well again! She’ll be as gorgeous as ever!

I had a very small tumour at the base of my left breast so had a lumpectomy seven years ago, afterwards I had 15 sessions of radiotherapy.

Doubt Davina is on GN.

I thought that she had made a good comeback. I hope she does more. Im looking at the way she presents herself rather than her size etc.
