I’ve no idea Mango………and it is really annoying isn’t it? I’ve been waiting for a letter from the DWP regarding corrections to my SP. They assure me that it was posted 5 weeks ago. To add insult to injury, HMRC are already deducting the shortfall in my tax and I’m unable to see any calculations 😡!

Posted 4 cards with 2nd class stamps and correct addresses and post code 12 days ago from Central Scotland to Manchester area. Only 1 card has arrived. Same happened last year . What is going on?
