I will bring truffles. Mum died in April but had given me her recipe previously (well she couldn't give it afterwards, could she?) I'll bring Jameson's whisky and green ginger to warm our cockles. And festive earrings for the secret Santa.

Cani bring my Santa? He plays “Santa Claus is coming to town” on his little saxophone! And wiggles! I love him. We’ve had him 20 years. Always fun at the parties we used to host. 🎵 🎶

I’ll bring some tempura prawns, cheesecake, some wine and I’ll wrap some Christmas socks. (That have been in the gift drawer for yonks).

Crystal decanter will add a bit of class. Don’t worry though the singing moose will soon bring the tone back to earth.

DH has been stockpiling Waitrose Cinnamon Knots- 12 boxes at the last count. He won't miss one or two of those.

And, we've just bought a singing moose - really, really happy to donate that.

I’ve been trying on outfits LauraNorderr. Do you think I look OTT in this party wear? I can always choose something else if you think it’s too much.

Mind you I might have overdone the Christmas decorations in our apartment this year. Oh well.

As it’s nearly Christmas shall I bring a bottle of Harveys Bristol cream- I’ll decant it into my crystal decanter and bring the accompanying glasses too- it’ll be nice to see it used again.
My mini sausage rolls are just out of the oven along with some of the M+S minis like mini burgers, mini fish and chips and mushroom and vol au vents so I’ll bring these too. Posh crisps and nuts for nibbles as well if anyone fancies. Ooh I’ve made myself hungry now 😉🤣

Oh yes CrazyH, that would be something different to start off the evening.

I’d like to put the grocers apostrophe in a secret santa and give it to an animal likely to eat it and not let the World Wide Web get hold of it. Carols are songs not possessed by anyone grrr

Our resident hippos already have their 🎄hats on. Unfortunately we’ll be discombobulating them a bit tomorrow, they need to be moved aside to make room for the tree we just bought….

Oh am I invited. ??..I will bring homemade chocolate xmas log with plastic Robin and holly on top. A bottle of Advocaat (Warninks of course), instead of a play list can we sing carols ???? ....... I will do this anyway after consuming enough alcohol.

I've got 2 big Christmas themed tins- will fill one with salted chocolate cookies and the other with cheese/herbie bites- home baked, to take a 28th December get together of 14 (5 children). Will bring out the tins as the board games begin 🤗.

If any left over LauraNorderr, I'll save them for you- as only a 5 day shelf life!
