Not quite in my bra but do put my penny whistle down my jumper so it warms up and sounds better than if it’s cold .

On another thread, a poster shared that storing eye drops in her bra warmed them to room temperature and were more comfortable to use than cold eye drops.
Another poster mentioned that she stored eye drops in her bra to warm them.
The point -
It reminded me that I always used to keep my mascara down my bra before using it - it warmed and softened it and made for easy application
I regularly store tissues down my bra especially when the clothes have no pockets
Have you stored anything interesting down your bra?

Great story too, ilovedogs22. You’re lucky he didn’t bite you! We Brits definitely are animal lovers, aren’t we?
As a teenager I hated my 32AA breasts, so I borrowed one of my mum's bras and stuffed it with socks ready to go out.
Imagine my horror when one sock fell out on the dance floor... I pretended it was nothing to do with me and made a rapid exit!
Once tidying after Grandchildren i discovered a toy carrot that had been missing from the play kitchen. I stuck it in my bra as i had no pockets to deposit in the right box.
I found it later when i undressed for a bath 😂

When I was a teenager I was so skinny and underdeloped that I used to stuff my bra with Dr Whites .
Loved your quote. Dr Whites ruled at my all Girls School until we went on Lillets. We all hated Tampons. Made sore in the lady garden.
Glad they had another use for you.
I usually keep my lip balm in my bra, because I can never find it in my large handbag. I forgot about it at the airport and was asked to remove it and leave it in the tray, when going through checks!
What a lovely story Crosstitchfan!
I too have used my bra as a unusual safe-space. It was for a baby squirrel, who I found alive but stunned at the base of tree in a busy park. He must have fallen from his Drey. Anyway, I gently popped in my soft, jogging bra & took him to the vets; which was luckily just across the road.
His presence was unfortunately sussed-out by a few local dogs, who obviously smelt squirrel & I had to fend them off! I may have sworn a bit! The good news was that he made a full recovery but my bra still smells a bit ummm squirrelly!
So, thank goodness for .......
Over, shoulder, boulder-holders.🙃
Since I first got a mobile phone in 1996 I have kept it in my bra. I was really glad of it recently when I fainted during a concert and was whisked off to A and E, leaving my bags and other belongings behind. I was kept in "under observation" and discharged around midnight. The rest of the choir had gone home - we were a 90 min coach journey away and the coach left at 9 pm - and the last train had left at 11. I was able to find myself accommodation for the night and get myself a train ticket home the next morning thanks to my phone being with me.
A week later I was at another choral concert where my DS was singing. They had to put all their phones in a basket out of the way for the duration of the concert. That would have been disastrous if it had happened to me.
I also slip my tablets in my bra (the other side) so I can quickly access them at breakfast.

I put my cat's flea and wormer pipette in my bra for a while so that he doesn't feel it being applied due to the warmth.
When I had 2 cats I did once turn up for a mammogram with two in place and went through the process with an imprint on each breast. The staff were greatly amused!
Brilliant 😄
Not intentionally, but usually find the odd bit of hay and straw in my bra, etc., after seeing to the animals
I volunteer at a hedgehog rescue centre and several of our volunteers have transported small/poorly hedgehogs in their bras to keep them warm! One lady cycled to the vet with one in there.😂
Has never occurred to me to put anything apart from my boobs in my bra.
Only an A cup size.
Always think it looks peculiar when women pop money in their bra, I would be frightened of losing it.
butterandjam
That was kind of you. Weird thinking about it, but kind.

^Not stored, but DH’s hand visited regularly.^🤣
I hope he warmed it up first!

My friend found the children's pet hamster immobile in its cage. Dr Google assured her that if hamsters get too cold they enter a hibernative state called torpor; if kept warm they should recover.
Friend was just about to go to work. So she put the hamster in her bra to warm it up ( and prevent any child trauma while she was at work) and spent the next 12 hours as an A and E nurse, saving lives while wearing a hamster. By the end of shift things quietened down and she had time to discuss the unconscious hamster with the A and E team; who performed more detailed medical tests. There were no detectable breath or heart sounds, no sign of brain activity, and the hamster was declared dead. So she put it back in her bra, took it home and returned it to the cage "still warm" so she could tell the children Hammy had died very peacefully in his sleep.
I never keep anything in my bras, but a few years ago, I was passing a pet shop, and outside by the door was a little mouse, so I put him in my bra, went into the pet shop, and bought a tank, bedding, etc., and took him home. He was a lovely little man named Womble, and he was with me a couple of years before sadly passing over the Rainbow Bridge.I was very upset as I absolutely loved him, but we had quite a long good time together.
If I haven’t got pockets when I walk the dog I put a folded poop bag in each cup obviously not put back when used !
Probably used mine for most of the above. Cards, tissues, phone I generally prefer to be hands free so will avoid a bag if I can and have always utilised my bra!
Boob in one cup, prosthetic in the other.
Not many people know it is so natural looking.
Would never give it a thought.. I have only ever been an A- B Cup even when I was breast feeding, if I put anything down there it would shoot straight through!
Shysal, thanks for the tip. My lovely cat will appreciate a warm pipette!

What a lovely story Crossstitchfan, and what a kind lovely husband too x
Thank you! Yes, he was the best and he is so missed by all of us. We were married for 54 years, together for 57 and I consider myself lucky that we had so long together. So many don’t, or are unhappy if they do.
I hope you have a very happy 2026 and beyond 💐
Car keys when walking dogs in summer.
And lemons/ limes to warm up so they're jucier.
It has never occurred to me to pt anything down my bra. The only time I have been above a B cup was when I was breast feeding, when I went up to a C, so little room for anything else.
I also wear a lot of polo and turtle necked sweaters and round necked T shirts, so access would also be difficult
Keys, tissues, hanky, gloves (assorted kinds, but not all at once!) Small toys belonging to DGC...... So.many uses!
