On another thread, a poster shared that storing eye drops in her bra warmed them to room temperature and were more comfortable to use than cold eye drops.
Another poster mentioned that she stored eye drops in her bra to warm them.

The point -

It reminded me that I always used to keep my mascara down my bra before using it - it warmed and softened it and made for easy application smile
I regularly store tissues down my bra especially when the clothes have no pockets hmm

Have you stored anything interesting down your bra?

being a generous busted lady its not unheard of for money tissues etc go in my bra usually as i dont have a handbag.
best though is knitting. i love aran knitting but need the cable needle. trouble is no matter where i put it it ended up going missing usually down side of chair lost for ever,
one day without thinking i put the needle in my bra but forget to get it out when i finished knitting. bending over in the supermarket to unpack my shopping to go on the conveyor belt , the needle fell out of my bra! did not cure me still do it!

Facial wax strips to warm them up before use

I keep my nitroglycerin tablets in my bra. I figure if I have a heart attack I will have it right close.

My late husband had a real talent for helping sick and/or injured animals and birds. One evening, many years ago, arriving home after an evening out, we noticed that a sparrow we were caring for, still too newly hatched to have feathers, was looking decidedly ‘dead’. He was freezing cold, but was still breathing, just! My husband quickly popped him in my bra to warm him up!
That little sparrow lived to be 9 years old! (In the wild, they are lucky to survive for a couple of years, so my bra and its contents saved a life! Bet not many people can say that!)
To put people’s’ minds at rest:-
We knew it was, and still is, illegal to keep wild birds, so on finding him, we immediately phoned the authorities who told us that, as there was no way the bird would survive, they would make a note of it but would not be following it through. Little did they know! That little bird thrived and eventually spent most of his time out of his cage. He had the run of whatever room we were in, and loved watching tv snuggled on my husband’s shoulder!
Strange thing was, when he first came to us, and we were trying to get him to eat, he totally refused bird seed. Nothing would persuade him to eat it. In desperation, just to get food down him, we fed him with bits of our food - bread, chicken, dry cereals, etc and he lapped those up. So for the whole nine years, he ate only our food! Crazy bird!

Just to say Thank you 💐

I quite often warm up my nail varnish - it flows much better!

I keep toffees in my bra to soften them. Sometimes I forget a couple and they fly across the bed as I change into pj's. Always makes hubby laugh.
My daughters do this too.

My bra is my breast pocket. Very useful.

I had to have yet another eye operation and as I am into crystal healing I chose three that I thought would help and put those in my bra. Successful op, warm crystals and good post op healing too.

My phone (it's a doro6530) and when I go shopping, my debit card in its rfid slip (those little pocket things). When I withdraw money from cash machines, that goes in too. I once said someone would have to be pretty brave to steal my phone!

When we're lambing, if necessary, a lambs bottle of volostrum, keeps it warm in the time it takes me to get down the yard!

Credit card when out and about in dodgy areas, hearing aid when want to remove it and nowhere handy to put it, tiny bottle of whiskey in case of asthma/coughing.

No spare room in mine…🙄 I’d love to be smaller in that department. Flat chests don’t run in our family…

SaxonGrace Tue 30-Dec-25 16:12:42

My car keys, my mobile phone the odd cough sweet.

I used to fold a €50 note and slide it into my bra when visiting Málaga city just in case.

I have been known to tuck tiny bat pups in my bra to keep them warm until I get them home onto a heater

If I pop to the local shop I often put my credit card in my bra rather than take a purse, and if travelling by train I put my ticket there, or my credit card if tapping in. Saves struggling with a purse at the barrier or till.

When I kept chickens, I many times kept an egg in my bra when it got cracked slightly under a broody hen. She would have squashed it but it usually survived and hatched with boob warmth. It was also a good way to revive a guinea fowl chick that had got chilled.

Polymer clay and moulding glue to warm it (in the packet). Phone and occasionally penknife if I'm without pockets.
