I usually keep my NYR’s to myself and just quietly get on with whatever I have chosen to do/change, this year however I decided that as a 63 year old I should spend more time on self care.
I’m good at looking after my face, hair and teeth but the rest of my body needs a little more time, energy and money!
I could walk across hot coals with my feet so I purchased a foot file and cream.
My nails are neglected so I have rubber gloves everywhere also hand cream in each bathroom and files.
I have also bought huge vats of body lotion.
This morning I started the new regime,it was ages after the lotion application before I could dress, the rubber gloves have been on and off all day, the foot thing took forever.
I then did a home manicure that was 30 minutes.
Honestly I think I ,ay have to get up an hour earlier!
