If you could be anyone else, who would it be? Only frivolous and non-judgmental answers please. It's just a bit of fun.

I'd be Claudia. I so would.

Are you still work with someone who really indulged her only daughter (called Emma). I used to say that I’d like to come back as her! My mum always says she’d like to come back as a small dog in a good home!

I'd like to be Alice Roberts. I am interested in all the things she is but I'm not clever like she is. sad

I think she has the loveliest face. 😀

Ooooh, I would love to be Mica from Warehouse 13, think of the fun.

I would be Elizabeth I - a woman I have always admired above all others. I would have enjoyed the power play, the manipulation of men and of course the wonderful wardrobe.
Like me she was childfree - although I dont believe the virgin bit for one moment.

I’d be Victoria Wood - so witty, so talented !

Well you’ve nabbed my first choice so I guess I will have to be Julie Walter’s so I get to spend time with you as Victoria 😊

If I could be a man and could go back in time too, then I’d be Paul Newman.
Good looks, a talented actor and a sensible and stable character.
Not to mention women ( and men) swooning over me wherever I went.😂

Paul Newman was the same age as my Dad. Weird
years ago during Lockdown I lived in a village near
Ilkley with a Library which could only be described as dire.

when I returned a new, ‘dry as dust’ bio of Paul Newman, the officious, volunteer Librarian, turned it over in her hand, asked, “is this a famous person.” unbelievable
Joanne Woodward said, he held her interest as he made her laugh.
you would have us all swooning, Orea

I would like to be Pippa Middleton. Tall, slim and long waisted. All the money, the travel, the family, and without all the media attention that Kate has to put up with.

Kate1949 Mon 12-Jan-26 12:19:16

If not Pattie then Barbra Streisand.

Cossy Mon 12-Jan-26 12:16:52

Oooh or Meryl Streep!

Cossy Mon 12-Jan-26 12:15:39

As a second choice I might have chosen Sarah Ferguson….. but now will have to plump for either Darcy Bussell (nope cannot dance, far too fat to be a ballet dancer) or Dawn French

Cossy Mon 12-Jan-26 12:13:07

SORES

Jean Shrimpton

second choice, Queen of the World

3rd choice, someone who can sleep all night
and not be awake obsessing over sherry trifle

Hahaha Loving this

I’d be Annie Lennox! My singing sounds like an out of tune screech owl. I’d love to have a voice like hers.

Do you get to have their whole life - or do you get to be them now as they are and live on from there?

Just thinking David Attenborough might not be the best choice😬

😂

TheWeirdoAgain60 Mon 12-Jan-26 10:28:54

I'd be Cheryl Ladd.

She's now 74 and still just as drop-dead gorgeous now as she was in Charlie's Angels!

shysal Mon 12-Jan-26 09:34:40

I would be my cat! He sleeps in a sunny spot or next to the radiator, has a mooch outside when he feels like it and his servant opens the back door when he is too lazy to use the flap at the front. Food appears on demand and the brand changes when he fancies something different.

JamesandJon33 Mon 12-Jan-26 07:52:10

I’d be the wife of someone I loved , a longtime ago.

GoodAfternoonTea Mon 12-Jan-26 06:52:27

Pattie Boyd, Stevie Nicks, or Chrissie Mc Vie. I would have liked to have been at the heart of pop and rock in the late 60s/early 70s.

** I would like to have been a star in a west end musical.

Oh yes, me too, but obviously I would have to miraculously be able to sing and dance!!

Greenfinch Mon 12-Jan-26 04:57:38

I would like to be a twin because I think twins are fascinating.

Purplepixie Mon 12-Jan-26 04:50:07

I’d be Sarah Millican - witty and funny and gets paid for it.
