I think it's meant to be a joke as laughter emoji at end. However, it should probably read- Man in hospital: "I feel awful.............."

It takes mental effort just to log into a site, so this thread is surely not genuine.

I m not sure if it means they are in hospital or their man / husband is in hospital but ….

I read it as ‘I am in hospital’ so if that’s the case I m really sorry whingey I hope you will be ok.

It may be a joke, but it seems to me that Whingey is upset and a bit confused. Maybe the "anti-bollox pills" were prescribed to calm down her speech because she was talking incoherently when she was admitted?

I once had a TIA and one of the symptoms was that when I spoke I didn't get the words right - do you remember the entertainer Stanley Unwin's monologues? They sounded as if they ought to make sense, but you couldn't understand them. It may be pills for that. Or perhaps she means antibiotics?

I took it to be "Oh man!" like "Oh God!" It sounds as if Whingey is in hospital being filled up with pills of some sort. I don't know what anti-bollox pills do for you, but I hope they help whatever it is.

PS Googled them - found this seller. www.etsy.com/uk/market/anti_bollocks_pills It seems you can get joke pills for anti just about everything - must remember this page for next Christmas.
