I too greeted the sun this morning - but was it something I said?
Gone again,no doubt the taps will be turned on again any minute.

No sun here in North Hampshire.
Hoping that it appears later. I washed a pile of towels after hearing the promise of sunshine on the BBC this morning.

What a joy to have the sun streaming through the windows this morning.

I have washing on the line, done a tip run, cleaned the window sills outside and identified the jobs that need doing in the garden.

My lovely husband is washing the cars and I will sit in a sheltered spot and have a cuppa outside later.

Isn’t it wonderful to see a return of the sun!
