Its a very sad sight to see Whales and Dolphins washed up on the beach,normal disposal is for the local authority to cart the bodies away for disposal.
Could the bodies not be place on a pontoon type vessel and dragged out into open sea and the animals could be weighed down and let nature dispose of the bodies?
