Glad it’s not just us!

DS fixed it for his dad, somehow he had turned the sensors off, whatever they are, and no idea what they are for.

🤷‍♀️

I leave mine too !! Too much hassle.

We never change our car clock as we haven’t a clue how to do it. It is always three minutes slow for the same reason so we are now one hour and three minutes behind. Can get a bit confusing sometimes.

Our clocks change back a hour tonight. I hate this clock changing stuff - why can’t they just leave it the same all the year round as some places do ?

Duch a faff, changing the clocks twice a year. The one in my bathroom is no problem. It has no battery in it and is purely decorative with its pictures of birds on th eface - and it is still correct twice every 24 hours...

I have changed all but my bedroom clock. Daughteer can do that next time she visits. I just don't think it is wise for me at my age to stand with one foot on the bed and one on the dressing table, while I lean across to take it off the wall and replace it afterwards.

I'm with Aveline. I know it's an hour out in the winter. By the time I've done the microwave and the cooker my tech patience has run out!

We haven’t changed ours yet. With a previous model we had, the clock used to change automatically. I’m not sure why this can’t be the case with all vehicles now that radio controlled clocks are easily available.

I can't face trying to change my car clock. I'm happy that it's now OK until October.

I had one car that I never did manage to work out. It was right for half the year though 🤷🏻

OP: why they get complicated is because techy geeks are always trying to “improve” gadgets.
If we had their techy brains, but alas most ordinary folk like us don’t.

I changed ours this Wednesday whilst waiting to go to an appointment……..took a bit of figuring out as it’s not something we have to do every week……twice a year and the brain cells just forget! 🤣

We haven’t changed ours yet! New car only a few months old, not sure what all the buttons do yet! 😂

I know BST started last week, but DH has only got round to changing the time on his car clock this morning. (We changed the car last year).

Sonehow, he managed it ok in October, but after struggling for half an hour, has had to admit defeat and go up to DS and ask for help. He got the time changed, but cannot get back to original screen, even with me following instructions etc.

Why are things so complicated?

Aagh!!!
