I am sure some people would marry their phone if they could. I wish people would fully enjoy (I was going to say immerse but perhaps not appropriate) whatever activity they are doing. It is like those who can't have a meal without photographing it and putting it on Facebook.
I hope she doesn't start a trend.

I wonder if she was recording herself? It would be a bit of a primitive method, but who knows - maybe she's one of the ever-growing number of 'content creators'?

Went swimming today, and during my usual 20 lengths I saw a young woman swimming on her back - while looking at her phone!! She must have done a couple of lengths like that!

Was she doing backstroke with one arm only? 😲
