You haven’t said what phone you have. You should use your internet browser and query ‘how can I remove malware from my (insert model of phone, eg Samsung Galaxy S2xS, iPhone 11 mini etc).

Ensure that you download anti malware/Cleaner apps from the relevant app store for your phone model.

One of the reasons you may get Malware on your phone is because you have not downloaded safe apps from the relevant app store.

Follow the instructions carefully (you may have to read several sets of instructions to find some that make the process clear to you).

If that doesn't work, take your phone to a mobile phone shop - they should be able to help.

Lots of messages telling me my phone would not work past October from Tesco but Samsung disagreed. Worked Ok until O2 broke the transmitter in January - now neither of us get signal at home, so I had to pay out for a new phone to make a connection through my broadband. Landline switched off.

Make sure you have anti virus/spam software on your phone.

Just delete and ignore. If you can't delete see if there are three dots up in right hand corner of screen, tap them and you might get up options lick spam, block etc....tap the block or the spam. Hope this might help.

Mine too! I've got so fed up with it telling me off that I've taken to keeping the front passenger belt firmly fastened at all times - that is, until I actually have to pick up a passenger!!

You can block them on an iPhone but it doesn’t always work. Worth trying though

They are trying to get you to purchase "space" for your data. I even get them in Spanish when on hols. I just report as spam and delete 😊

I forward such messages to [email protected] then block/delete them.

Minimoon,i get same! It bloody annoys me,because i still have LOADS of storage! When i first got it,i rang my son (at uni) just to check and he said whats in send box, ?i told him he confirmed its spam or phishing,warned me not to open it.Now i delete them or send to 'unwanted' but its still riles me that they keep coming.🤬i never got them on my old phone.

Just block them, then they can’t do it again.

I have had literally hundreds of emails telling me that my payment has been declined or that my storage is full or that they are deleting all my photos.
I reported them all as spam when they started - and that's all they are spam.
so don't ever click on any message of this sort.
if you can, check who it's from. I've checked several and the senders name is usually gobbledegook.
i'm still getting dozens a day but they all go in my spam folder now so I just delete them at the end of the day.

I keep getting a warning that my storage is full and I need to updated my payment method. Usually at the top of the message it says, "it looks like this message is in Spanish," or Japanese or any other language.
It's funny though, I don't pay for storage, never have, never will be cause I don't need it.
I just delete them all.

My DH has run out of storage on iCloud or whatever and his iPhone won’t do an update. Not too bothered because when he frees up storage it will do the really annoying update that then requires proof of age. He is 77 and had a massive stroke that means he doesn’t tend to use his phone much so am leaving it.

I get those all the time! The email warnings always come up in the Spam folder and on texts!

I also keep getting physical letters and texts from a company in London, saying they're deleting/disabling ''my'' account I had with them for motorbike accidents I've had, as I've never replied!

I've literally never had a motorbike or scooter, I absolutely hate the awful, overly noisy, ugly things and have never been a passenger on one!

I've got a car, have had cars, and I've had pushbikes, but no motorbike/scooter ever!
