I use Nutritional Geeks collegen with good results for nails and hair growth. No idea if its better than others.

Yes, yes, I know that this was a t opic quite recently but I can't find it!

Many people recommended collagen and I should like to give it a go Is there any particular brand which is better than another? TVM.
