Crime podcasts.

I'm listening to one and have discovered another to listen to later.
There is a lot of speculation as well as the facts from court.I hope this doesn't lead to contempt of court as some people have made up their minds as to the guilt of the subject.
Should these be banned and done in private with the jury?
