Wow! You can imagine anything watching that. The black jewel on the hands looked like eyes and the hands could represent sign language, if as you're saying they are deaf and blind.

It is aparently a depiction of a thousand eyed godess, who sees all, with the eyes in her hands.
I've only gathered bits of info my reading watchers comments on youtube.
I've asked if they perform in different places, such as the uk, and been told that someone believes they do, as he seems to remeber them being in New York. I would absolutely love to see a performance!
