You can buy underarm sweat pads. They are disposable, might help.
I remember sewing absorbing pads into the armpits of my wedding dress. Back then I easily perspired on a hot day or when nervous.

I seem to have stopped sweating completely ... and bodily hair is a thing of the past! ... other than the occasional individual long white facial hair which seems to appear from nowhere as a fully grown inch long item ... how does it do that?

How unpleasant for you, you have my sympathy.

Deodorant body powder might help. There are quite a few talc free brands.

I hope you find a way to be more comfortable soon.

not a nice subject I know but is anyone else suffering from sweaty armpits at night mine just run and then it itches like mad , I have bought some clinical deoderent but it works for a while then my arm pits are to sore after scratching so I can't use it . My blood pressure tablets may not be helping any advice welcome
